About Nikkie Dvorchak

She participated as a member of the Board of Directors for the Naples Zoo from 2018-2025 where she also chaired the annual fundraiser, ZOObilee, “Feast with the Beasts” for five years and remains on the committee. Nikkie is on the Board of Directors for the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Collier-Lee Chapter where she served as President in 2023 and is a current member of their National Philanthropy Day and Education Committees. Nikkie is the Past Chair of the Events & Engagement Committee for Leadership Collier Foundation, and was a member of their Advisory Council, and ALC Selection Committee for several years.  She has also chaired the LCF Alumni Talent Show fundraiser for over five years. Nikkie was the contracted Event Manager for 5 years for the Lighthouse of Collier’s annual event and has supported the All-Star Panel Naples event for Children’s National Foundation. She was also contracted to manage the auction for Naples Therapeutic Riding Center’s Bootstrap Barn Dance Gala for 3 years. She is a 2017 Associate Leadership Collier graduate and was recognized as a 40 Under 40 Young Professional in 2018 by Gulfshore Business.

She was previously the Director of Events & Corporate Relations at the Conservancy of Southwest Florida for 6 years.  She started with the Conservancy in 2011 when she and her husband Mike relocated to Naples and have since expanded their family having two sons, Talon & Dax. Nikkie managed all the organizations fundraising events such as Magic Under the Mangroves, RedSnook Catch & Release Charity Tournament, Water Works Luncheon and Earth Day Festival.   She was also responsible for corporate sponsorships, rental events, internal events, beneficiary events and assisted with ambassador events.  

Prior to her relocation to Naples, she had resided in her hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she received her Bachelors of Performing Arts from Point Park University.  Nikkie held the position as Club Marketing Manager with the Pittsburgh Steelers Organization for nearly five years where she managed the club level during Steelers and Pittsburgh Panthers games overseeing a staff of 80 employees.  She also organized and managed over 300 special events a year including weddings, galas, proms, corporate functions, conventions, and much more.  In addition, she was selected as a member of the advanced team, to prepare and manage all aspects for both Super Bowl XLIII and Super Bowl XLV for the organization.  


Nikkie’s complex experience and understanding of the importance of not just hosting a wonderful event, but ensuring the mission is front and center to advance the continued engagement and funds raised.

Nikkie Dvorchak has over 20 years of experience planning and executing events in various sectors, industries, cities and states. Her most recent position was with The Everglades Foundation for 6 years as Director of Development & Events of Southwest Florida, where she managed donor relations, philanthropy, sponsorships and fundraising events for the southwest region. She oversaw the organization’s annual benefit, ForEverglades Naples, as well as donor and partner events. In addition to her SWFL responsibilities, Nikkie was the project manager for the Foundation’s “America’s Everglades Summit” in Washington, D.C. in June 2025 with over 300 supporters, Members of Congress, Administration officials, Tribal leaders, business executives, scientists and nonprofit partners, to reaffirm bipartisan support for Everglades restoration.  She is now managing the annual D.C. Dinner & Hill Day Events.  

Previously, she served as the Vice President of Events & Development at the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, where she managed all annual and member events including Naples Chamber Classic Golf Tournament, Annual Meeting, Distinguished Public Service Awards, Business After 5, Wake Up Naples, Accelerated Lunch, Annual Holiday Party and Professional Education Workshops. She also launched a development committee in effort to expand their investor & philanthropic support.  She worked closely with the Chamber’s Leadership Collier Foundation on fundraising for scholarships, talent development, work-based learning and spearheading the Naples Children’s Business Fair for young entrepreneurs.  Additionally, she coordinated the two-day Intercity Visit to Palm Beach County for 25 community leaders in 2019.
